• Continental US (48 states): 3-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground

Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories is available at an additional cost. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping
We currently offer limited international shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days).

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages
While rare, if your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact us immediately at sovereign.jewels.shop@gmail.com. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
We recommend selecting "Signature Required" at checkout for high-value orders to prevent theft.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
