At Sovereign Jewels, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

15-Day Return Window

You may return or exchange any item within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and documentation.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This fee covers processing, inspection, and re-listing costs. Defective items or items damaged in shipping are exempt from this fee.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at sovereign.jewels.shop@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and calculate any applicable restocking fee
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or piece, simply let us know when you initiate your return. Exchanges are free of restocking fees! We'll ship your exchange item as soon as we receive your return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Items without original packaging or documentation

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sovereign.jewels.shop@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you - no restocking fee applies.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
